Who you are contracting with

These terms govern purchases from Velocity Training LLC, 2529 Manchester Ave, Cardiff, CA 92007. Placing an order means you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase. By ordering you confirm that the payment method is yours and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when your order is placed is the price you pay. Promotional pricing is available for the stated period only.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in full where a product was listed at a manifestly incorrect price.

The Coaching Membership

The Velocity AI Coaching Membership is a recurring subscription, billed monthly at $19.99 or annually at $191.90 until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the interval you selected. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The membership requires a Velocity Tracker to function. We may change the membership price with at least 30 days notice by email, and you may cancel before any change takes effect.

What Velocity is, and what it is not

Velocity is a training tool. It measures bar speed and adjusts programming based on that measurement. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing it tells you is medical advice.

Strength training carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk and are responsible for your own technique, load selection, and judgment. Consult a physician before beginning any training program, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. One membership covers one person. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Our intellectual property

The Velocity name, logo, software, coaching engine, and content are owned by Velocity Training LLC. Buying hardware or a membership does not transfer any ownership in them. You may not reverse-engineer the device or the software, or resell access to the membership.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Training LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
