Refund policy
30-day guarantee
If the Velocity Tracker is not for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No justification required. The 30 days run from the date the unit is delivered, not the date it was ordered.
Return shipping
Velocity pays return shipping. When you start a return we will email you a prepaid label.
Condition of returned hardware
Return the Tracker and its charging accessory. Normal use is expected and will not void a refund. Units that are physically destroyed, water-damaged beyond the stated rating, or missing components may be refunded in part or declined.
How to start a return
Email erik@velocitytraining.ai with your order number. We will confirm and send return instructions within two business days.
When the refund lands
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the returned unit arriving. Your bank may take a further three to ten business days to post it.
Coaching Membership
The Velocity AI Coaching Membership can be cancelled at any time from your account.
- Monthly members: cancellation stops future billing. You keep access through the end of the current month. The month already paid for is not refunded.
- Annual members: you may cancel within 30 days of the start of an annual term for a full refund of that term. After 30 days, cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the end of the paid year.
Returning hardware while a membership is active
Returning the Tracker does not automatically cancel the membership, because the two are billed separately. If you return your hardware, cancel the membership as well, or email us and we will do it for you.
