Cancellation policy
Cancelling your Coaching Membership
You can cancel the Velocity AI Coaching Membership at any time from your account, or by emailing erik@velocitytraining.ai. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
What happens when you cancel
- Monthly plan, $19.99 per month. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access through the end of the month you have paid for. That month is not refunded.
- Annual plan, $191.90 per year. Cancel within 30 days of the start of an annual term for a full refund of that term. After 30 days, cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the end of the paid year.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. We will email you before each annual renewal. If a payment fails we will retry and email you; if it cannot be collected, the subscription is cancelled and access ends.
Price changes
We may change the membership price with at least 30 days notice by email. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
