Where we ship

Velocity ships within the United States only. We do not currently accept international orders.

Founding 300 pre-orders

Founding 300 orders ship free. Units are scheduled to ship in December 2026, and we will email you a tracking number when yours leaves our facility.

If that date moves, we will tell you before it passes, give you a revised date, and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. We would rather send that email than have you find out by waiting.

Delivery times after launch

Once general availability begins, in-stock orders are dispatched within two business days. Standard delivery typically takes three to seven business days and Express typically takes one to three. Both are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Outside the Founding 300 offer, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the service and destination you select.

Lost or damaged in transit

Email erik@velocitytraining.ai within 14 days of the delivery date and we will replace the unit or refund it. We handle the carrier claim; you should not have to.

Digital membership

The Velocity AI Coaching Membership is delivered through the app and involves no shipping.
